This is a hand painted, colorful glass that's inspired by the Mid Century Modern aesthetic. It's got quite a few colors mixed together and is what is known as a roll up. That's a glass blowing technique that utilizes glass fusing to create a tile, that is then picked up from a hot kiln, and rolled up and into the glass shape. A super cool technique that allows for endless design possibilities. And it's just fun! It's handmade by me in The Glass Studio, which is my studio in Sun Valley, CA. That's actually in Los Angeles.
